Most of the items are READY TO SHIP, and will be marked that way.  Items needed in a different color may need to be crafted, will be completed as quickly as possible.

Our company handcrafts all products within 2-3 weeks of order.  I will communicate with you throughout the process and keep you updated.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it is handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 2-3 weeks to be created for you.

Look for the following image if a product is ready for shipment immediately:

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order, and the fabrics currently on hand.  Once a bolt of fabric is used, I do not re-order the same one again.  Fabrics change as quickly as fashions, so my fabrics are ever-changing.  Colors will remain the same, but actual fabric pattern may change from photo.  This will not affect the final product.

Care for your new product(s)

* Machine wash and dry as necessary in room temperature water.  Hot water and a hot dryer could cause excessive shrinkage.

* Do not use bleach.

* Special care instructions may be required for some items.  Those instructions will be included when item is shipped.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Quilts displayed in window areas of the home will fade from excessive sunshine on fabric.

* Left outdoors in the sun, it will fade.

* Quilts used for pet beds could be damaged by pet, torn, shredded, soiled, stained. etc.

* Quilts are to be treated with love and handled with care.  Thank you.


These quilt sizes are a guide for you. This chart will help you understand the size of the mattress you need a quilt for.  Actual finished size will vary depending upon your conversation with me and what you require quilt to cover.  Example:  amount of hang on sides of bed.  Pillow fold.  Extra tall bed.  Oversize bed.  There are many factors that will affect the finished size of the quilt.

My quilts are made one at a time.  Every quilt I make may or may not be exact to this chart.  I post measurements with each listing.  See listing details to be sure of exact size.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* Small or Sale Items – Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

* We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.  USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.  Free tracking.   My favorite way to ship.


Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2-3 WEEKS to be handmade.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, verified by tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You must let me know immediately is there is a problem with your order.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned.

Items damaged in shipping must be dealt with shipper.  Once your package is in the hands of the shipper, we are not responsible for shipper handling and damage.  Buy insurance at time of checkout just to be safe.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
